Every civilization believes it is the light. Every civilization has an enemy it calls the dark. On the Moon, the last two rulers of Earth meet to argue over a sentence that has already been passed: a queen of light and a king of fire, heirs to a war older than memory.
An AI science-fiction short written, directed, and edited single-handedly by Max Barskih, made with Higgsfield AI as his entire crew — every frame, voice, and sound generated, but shaped by deliberate directorial choices: the story, the shot list, the rhythm of every cut, the silence between the lines, the color of every image. Color correction by Kostiantyn Semerei. Submitted to and selected for the Higgsfield Global Film Festival.
A single person directing, writing, editing, and color-grading an 11-minute sci-fi short with Higgsfield as the entire crew — and it still has a real sense of scale. Selection at the Higgsfield Global Film Festival is well earned.
The queen-and-king confrontation on the Moon is the strongest scene in the whole thing. A couple of transitions are rougher than the rest, but the ambition carries it.
