While waiting at a curiosity shop after a car breakdown, a young boy embarks on imaginative journeys across pirate ships and space battles to process the loss of his father.
"MAKE BELIEVE" is an imaginative AI short film directed by Montlouis Mane for the Higgsfield Global Film Festival 2026. When a car breakdown leaves a young boy and his mother waiting near an antique shop, the boy steps into vivid worlds of pro wrestling, pirate high seas, and deep space combat—using relics to connect with his late father's memory.
